Brock Sykes

Brock Sykes originally studied Illustration and Fine Art at the Seven Hills College of TAFE, Brisbane in the late 1970's, Later attending The City Art Institute CAE, Sydney. during the Early 1980's. Brock practiced and occasionally exhibited art work and also Studied for a Diploma of Horticulture/Landscape Technician during the 1980's early 90's. For the next thirty years or so he worked in film and television art departments, usually as a Set Decorator or Greensman, responsible for creating gardens and landscapes for film sets.

Over the past three years he has returned to painting, showing work at the Orchard Street Gallery in Taralga NSW and with The Artists Of The Roundyard, Bowral NSW.
